The BEREC Workshop on End-Users Rights, held on April 9th, 2024, is a hybrid event organized by the Body of European Regulators for E lectronic Communications (BEREC). The workshop focuses on discussing how market and technological developments impact end-users' rights and their ability to make informed choices. Key topics include:<br>
The effect of market and technological changes on end-user rights. The impact on end-users' ability to make free and informed decisions. Potential market distortions or harm to end-users due to a lack of abilities. Presentations from BEREC, stakeholders, end-user associations, and the European Commission.
The event aims to foster a better understanding of end-user rights in the context of evolving technologies and market dynamics, promoting c ollaboration and knowledge exchange among key players in the telecommunications industry.
