Resumen

The OECD Competition Committee promotes regular exchanges of views and analysis on competition policy issues. The proceedings from these discussions, including submissions from countries and invited experts, are published within the Best Practice Roundtables on Competition Policy series.

This document comprises proceedings in the original languages of a Roundtable on Relationships between Regulators and Competition Authorities which was held by the Committee on Competition Law and Policy in June 2022.

Contributions presented at the event focused on the following topics: interim measures in antitrust investigations; thinking out of the Competition Box: enforcement co-operation in other policy areas; purchasing power and buyers cartels; market power in the digital economy and competition policy; disentangling consummated mergers experiences and challenges; and integrating consumer behaviour insights in competition enforcement.
