Resumen

Workshop organised by ERGP in Vienna in June 2024 focusing on vulnerable users in the postal sector. It addresses issues such as vulnerable users and why they are considered vulnerable in the postal sector, to understand their needs in relation to postal services; the postal services currently offered by operators; and vulnerable users from a policy and legal framework, focusing on how these users are perceived and what can be done from a policy and legal perspective to protect and assist them.
